Poulsbo’s July 4th Celebration

Edward Jones presents Summer Nights at the Bay- America's 250th- July 4th Celebration.

 

We are excited to kick off our Summer Nights at the Bay Concert series with a special FREE event on Saturday, July 4.  From 2:00 to 6:00 pm, come celebrate our country’s 250th anniversary with music, line dancing and activities at Muriel Williams Waterfront Park.

🍔 Poulsbo Lions Club will be firing up the grill with burgers, hot dogs, apple pie, AND bubbles—the perfect summertime combo!
🍦 North Kitsap Senior Citizen’s Center is serving up classic root beer floats (find them at the Senior Center on Front St!)
🎨 Poulsbo Rotary Club has you covered with free face painting for all ages 💧 PLUS… Rotary is bringing the Dunk Tank! Here’s your chance to dunk some of our favorite local representatives—don’t miss it!
🍉 Viking Fest Corporation is hosting a watermelon eating contest that’s sure to get competitive (and messy!)
🎈 Poulsbo Parks and Recreation is bringing the fun with a full Kid Zone packed with activities to keep the little ones smiling!

Mark your calendars, bring your friends and family, and get ready for a day full of community spirit and summer fun! 🌞❤️

We’ll start things off with an inspiring opening ceremony, then settle in for the perfect summer picnic as the lively country and bluegrass tunes of Morgan Smith & Company fill the park. Next, get ready to jump in on the fun with upbeat line dancing led by the One More Time Dance Company. And just when you think the energy can’t get any higher, we’ll turn it up with an electrifying rock’n’roll performance from High Voltage Honey that will have the whole crowd buzzing.

This celebration is presented by Edward Jones and made possible by generous donations from the Poulsbo Historical Society, Poulsbo Rotary Club, Viking Fest Corporation and the Navy Federal Credit Union.

Morgan Smith & Company plays a combination of Country and Bluegrass, including original music. Described by fans as “a real crowd pleaser”, they’ll keep your toes tapping! One fan said “Wow! Michelle and Tiffany’s goal is to build friendships through dance and have TONS of fun! Whether you’ve never done line dance before of just want to perfect your moves, they’ll teach it ONE MORE TIME, 8 counts at a time!
