REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
ADA Sidewalk Assessment Tool
The City of Poulsbo Public Works Engineering Division is seeking a comprehensive solution for inventorying sidewalk infrastructure and evaluating for ADA compliance including cross slope, running slope, width, and discontinuities or trip hazards. Evaluation of curb ramps and driveways is preferred but not necessarily considered. The desired solution should include both a collection method or tool, and a software component that is compatible with GIS.
RFP Submittals are due to the City October 6, 2026 by 2pm

Lemolo Shore Traffic Study – Kitsap County
Kitsap County Public Works conducted a study of current traffic volumes and speeds on Lemolo Shore Dr. NE. The purpose of the study is to summarize operations, function and collision frequencies of Lemolo Shore Drive NE between SR 305/NE Totten Road and Fjord Drive NE/Poulsbo City Limits.
